I can't thank Todd Villar and his team enough for all of their help in getting us into our new home as swiftly as possible. We faced many challenges, as the home was an older home...needed a new roof, we faced cold, and wet weather, long awaited permits to have water and gas turned back on so that the home could be inspected, and finally had to wait on steps to be rebuilt for an appraisal to go through, in addition to other hangups on the financial end.
